What Dashloop is

Dashloop answers three questions for a brand owner: what did I sell, what is running out, and what do I really keep after costs. It connects to a Shopify store, keeps the numbers up to date by itself, and tells the owner what to do next. It works on a phone first and installs like an app on iPhone, Android, Mac and Windows.

Who it is for

Independent brands that sell online and are tired of spreadsheets for costs, stock and ad spend. It is built in Egypt, so it handles EGP, cash on delivery, Arabic and English customer names and WhatsApp follow-up. It works for Shopify brands anywhere in the world.

What it does

• Shows real sales without delivery fees, and the profit on every product and order once costs are added.
• Ranks products by profit and says which to push, which to fix and which to stop.
• Forecasts the date each product sells out and how many pieces to order for the next month.
• Plans a new collection before it is made: investment, expected profit, margin and break-even.
• Tracks cash on delivery: what is with the courier, what is still to collect and what came back.
• Shows returns and cancellations by product, with the reasons Shopify records.
• Lists abandoned checkouts and delivered orders, and opens WhatsApp with a ready message. Nothing is sent by itself.
• Sends a daily summary, a Sunday email report and optional phone notifications.

How it connects

The owner creates a small read-only app in their own Shopify account (a step-by-step guide takes about five minutes) and pastes its Client ID and Client secret into Dashloop, where they are stored encrypted. Dashloop only reads orders, products and stock and never changes the store, and access can be cut off at any time by uninstalling the app in Shopify. Customer contact details are read live and are not saved. The owner can delete the account and all imported data at any time.

Plans and payment

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial and no card. After that, Basic is EGP 500 per month in Egypt, or $10 per month outside Egypt. Payment is manual: in Egypt it is submitted and reviewed by the team, and brands outside Egypt pay by bank transfer and contact us first to arrange it. For a store that is not on Shopify, we build a custom dashboard.
