What does Dashloop help a brand owner see?
What you sold, what is running out and what you keep. Dashloop shows your sales and orders, the profit on every product and order once you add your costs, and which products will sell out soon with a suggested restock. It tracks cash still with the courier, shows which products customers buy together, and lists abandoned checkouts and delivered orders so you can follow up on WhatsApp in one tap. A daily summary, a Sunday report and alerts reach you by notification or email. Demo figures are illustrative; live reports depend on an authorized store connection and completed import.
Can I connect a store that is not on Shopify?
Yes. Dashloop is built around Shopify, so for any other platform we build a custom dashboard for you with the same sales, stock and profit views, connected to your own store. Email Hello@loopifyeg.com with the platform you use and what you want to track, and we will reply with what is possible and the price.
Do I have to enter my costs by hand?
Sales, orders, products and stock come from Shopify on their own. Your product costs and expenses, such as ads, packaging and salaries, are numbers only you know, so you enter them once. Recurring costs repeat by themselves, and Dashloop shows how much of your sales are already covered by a cost so you know how complete the profit figure is.
Does it show the cash still with the courier?
Yes. Cash on delivery orders are tracked by status, so you can see what has been delivered, what is still out and what came back, and how much money is still to collect.
Can I follow up with customers from Dashloop?
Yes. Dashloop lists abandoned checkouts and recently delivered orders, and opens WhatsApp with a ready message, such as a checkout link or a review request. Nothing is sent by itself. You read the message and tap send.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Dashloop is made for phones. Add it to your Home Screen on iPhone, Android, Mac or Windows and it opens like an app. You can turn on notifications for a daily summary of orders and net profit, stock warnings and your weekly report.
How do I connect my Shopify store?
Create a small read-only app in your own Shopify account, which takes about five minutes with our step-by-step guide, then paste its Client ID and Client secret into Dashloop with your store address. The keys are stored encrypted, Dashloop only reads orders, products and stock, and you can cut off access at any time by uninstalling the app in Shopify. The import then starts by itself.
What does the Starter trial include?
Starter is a 14-day trial for store sales, order records, products and current stock. A valid promo code entered at signup can add extra free days. Older Shopify order history depends on the permissions Shopify grants.
What does Basic cost and how is it paid?
Basic is EGP 500 per month in Egypt, or $10 per month outside Egypt, with a 14-day free trial first and no card needed. Payment is manual: it is submitted and reviewed by Loopifyeg, and brands outside Egypt pay by bank transfer. The website does not charge a card or renew automatically. Basic access stays active until the operator closes it.
Can brands outside Egypt use Dashloop?
Yes. Dashloop works with any Shopify store, anywhere in the world, and the 14-day free trial is open to everyone. Basic costs $10 per month outside Egypt, paid by bank transfer. Contact us first at Hello@loopifyeg.com or on WhatsApp to arrange the transfer.
Is the profit figure accounting profit?
No. It is an estimate based on imported merchandise sales, dated product costs and expenses entered by the brand. Missing costs, shipping, tax, payment fees or other unentered expenses can change what remains, so check source records before making business decisions.
